you don’t have particular strategy to work with Social Media: you posted a lot of photos/ads/articles at the same time, and you have some gaps. You post a lot of photos, after that -  a lot of links to the articles, after that - a lot ads.

Strategy should improve your brand, work with your potential clients (remind about yourself, be helpful, be unobtrusive), you need to have balance with info about yourself / interesting info / helpful info / adds (not like really ads - like ads as a part of interesting/useful content).

Recommendations:


To be successful at that you have to produce content that is best-on-the-web for its topic. Because, if people are going to link to something they usually just link to wikipedia or they find something superior or something that superbly covers an aspect of the topic that wikipedia does not. You need to produce high quality content pages in your website and some content which will present you as an alive interesting company with cool professionals and really cool people in Social Media (I am not sure about payment content in Social Media, but it may work as well - first - it should be good interesting content). If you do all of the above and have a substantive article with great images then you might attract a few links. I am talking about quality like you see on National Geographic or what you see on the main blog at Moz. And at the same time your will get really followers, who will like to know news from your company.

What people do like? Rest, funny, humor, useful (if they have the problem right now or it may be helpful later). You need to give them that. And what do people hate? Ads, pictures from stocks. If you watch TV and watch Fixer Upper you may see how they change them content: they add some personality: humor, relations, kids, and some content from the life outside the projects (like cows, shows, shops, other people: how they choose something in the shop, …) . And they are really popular: they have them funs. You need to create content like your "love story" with your client :) You don't sell - you help people...
   
If you have been doing this for a few years and have a LOT of articles out there all slowly attracting links the power of your content might out perform a professional linkbuilder (bots,...) and have none of the risk that the linkbuilder is doing something that will get in trouble with Google (if you will choose illegal ways to improve your website you may be in the black list for Google search).

I saw that you used bots to increase likes in Instagram (2000 and 1692 for last two photos, and about 9,5,2  for others).. May be I am wrong, but it looks like… Your goal is to be popular.

That's how it works... it's very slow progress at first.   But if I would toss up a lot of yada yada yada articles with no photos or crap photos or articles from other websites, I am quite confident that would not succeed.

Just saying, that is my experience.  Yours might be different.

Focus: Social Media content + website content.

In your website new content should be in these menus (just recomendations):
- your Projects (you need to show that you work hard - you add new projects each month),
- your Testimonials (the same idea - you need to show people that you work right now - somebody give you feedback - with dates), your blog (your news),
- your FAQ (people has questions - you are ready to answer. Questions-Answer is a good format: people try to find some information - the have the same questions - you may find good answer + they will think about your company like professionals).
- your Blog: new articles for your client: you try to help them + you add new content regular (Google like it - it will increase your rating).



You need to have your strategy for website content (schedule for each type of content) and for Social medias.
If you will have really good content - you may try to start FB ads (it’s risky, see below, but you may start to think about it: your clients are here) .  And if we will help you here we will need your help: you are professionals: you know FAQ, you know what may be interesting or sounds professional for your clients.

Why we have risks with FB ads (the same for Instagram/Twitter) ?

The real problem, however, is with Facebook calls “false accounts,” a nice euphemism for “fake or bot accounts.” These are growing much faster than most realize. For example, in 2016, the number of fake accounts was about 1% of the total MAUs. That’s roughly 18.6 million.
During 2017, these fake accounts aka “false accounts may have represented approximately 3-4% of our worldwide MAUs.” That’s about 64-to-85 million fake accounts, which is a massive jump in the number of fake accounts being created on the platform.
